What It Used To Be

I remember a time when I could send out a single plain text email message and get

50% of my list to fill out an online quiz form.

That means that if the list size was 100 email addresses, I could get 50 people from that list

to go to the website and complete the online quiz form.

I remember when we added HTML emails to our marketing mix - where we could put

graphics and even audio into the emails. Conversions were off the chart.

Then ISPs all over the world began to disable audios in emails.

They followed up by taking all the "rich HTML" emails (the ones with pictures and colors)

into the "junk" folder.

These days, Outlook blocks all emails containing HTML and graphics by default.

HTML Email: It's pretty, and it's effective (when you can see them)... but it's stuck in the

spam folder.

It's gotten so bad that email marketers have reverted back 10 years in their tactics by going

back to simple, plain text email messages.

Is this really the best we can do?

There is a better way.

Before I tell you what it is, it's worth explaining...

If people are getting bombed with emails everyday filled with unsolicited offers,

sexually explicit messages, scams, and phishing attempts, why would they trust your

email?  They don't know you from the next guy sending them email.

And this gets at the core of the real problem:

TRUST

For people to do business with you, they need to know, like, and trust you.

How are you going to make that happen? Is it even possible to make it happen

using email?

It seems unlikely - especially now that the only effective way to market with email

(using audio, video, and pictures) gets your message instantly zapped into the "junk" folder.

Do you honestly think anyone is searching through their junk mail folder, thinking to

themselves, "Oh boy, I wonder what exciting sales messages might be in here today?"

No! I don't think so either.

Your marketing message is competing with hundreds of uninvited emails. So while your

offer may be genuine, it's unfortunately lumped into the same bucket as all the spam offers.

And as long as you have an email address, you too will continue to get barraged with spam email.

And if your plain text email message makes it through, it doesn't have the power to motivate and connect with your readers.

People are becoming "immune" to email messages. Messages are becoming "suspect"

instead of "wanted". If your readers don't recognize your name, the odds are good that

they'll delete it instead of read it.

Do you really have the time and money to figure out what version of the message is going

				ScreenSnapper Click the button, and use the mouse to surround and CAPTURE any portion of the PC screen as an image file! Super simple. It does not matter what is on the screen - web sites, pictures, software windows, anything. You can save the captured image to a file, resize the image, You can EDIT the picture, ADD arrows, lines, shapes, text, and more. Even save it to the clipboard. Why pay for a 'screen capture' utility? MagniBar™ has one!
WebLinker: Import any or all of your IE favorites and make it easier to do more web work in less time with less frustration.		WebLinker Organizer REMOVES the shortcomings of IE favorites or bookmarks. I have a LOT of WebLinks, but I use more than one browser. (IE, FireFox, opera and Netscape, depending). Keeping the links straight is a PAIN. And, when I use one link, the browser closes my list and takes me there. I wanted an central organizer - like QuikNotes - but for all my web links, that contains more information in the link, is easier to find/use. Basically has all the power of QuikNotes. It also makes browsing and multitasking ( working on more than one thing at a time) easier. Every link opens in a new window, so you can manage many sites or activities at the same time, with ease. You never have to leave what you are doing in the browser, to go to another site! Easier and faster than 'bookmarks,' no matter which - or how many - web browsers you use - click and go! A simple, easy to read list of all the different audio files...(AudioHunter)					PC HUNTERS! Remembering where things are on your PC is a pain. And the Windows search utility sucks. It is a pain to use. 3 years ago, I developed a VERY popular utility called 'AlphaCuts' that would find, simultaneously, all the documents on your PC ( such as all txt, rtf, doc, xls, htm, html AT THE SAME TIME!) and list them, from text files to Docs. I embedded that code into MagniBar and called it Doc Hunter. Then I created 2 more: one to search for all types of Audio AT THE SAME TIME and another to search for all types of Video/Pictures AT THE SAME TIME The lists created from a Hunter search can be saved, and is Automatically reloaded when you open the hunter again. AND you can search the list itself with the 'Find' button, which will search the Hunter List file names AND file contents for the word or phrase you are looking for. Another HUGE time-saver!
					Password Locker Remembering the user ID's and passwords for all the sites and accounts I have is a nightmare. Till Now. :-) Now I have them all organized and protected in 128key encrypted vault, along with the user id, the site Link, a name... I can even use the Locker to visit the site! Click a button and the URL Link for the site that uses the password opens in my 'normal' web browser. Then I just type in the userid and password I have listed. Piece of cake. And a single, easy to remember Master password allows me - and ONLY me - to access, add or change all my passwords. Password Locker Adds Sanity and SPEED To your Life!
